Pedro Seabra was a professional footballer, reaching Portugal's top division with Leixões, and lived up close the fear of making mistakes, the pressure of results and the self-criticism that rarely gets talked about.
When his career ended he began working with other athletes, and it was in that work that he understood something decisive: he had not been the only one facing those emotional challenges. Sports Mind Academy grew from that, dedicated for more than a decade to the side of the game nobody trains.
